Emissions, noise and the road
No exhaust at the kerb is not the same as no emissions from building the pack or generating the electricity. Quieter is not silent.

Calling an electric motorcycle zero emission usually only means there is no tailpipe while it moves. Hong Kong's electricity comes from the grid. Making and recycling the pack has its own cost.
Does it change the air at the roadside?
Yes. No tailpipe means one less local source at a tunnel mouth or in a queue. That is still not a whole-life carbon account. If the bike barely gets ridden, the pack's manufacturing impact is not spread thin.
Is it almost silent?
The motor is quieter than a petrol engine. Tyres, wind and the chain or belt are not. People on foot may notice you later. Assume a junction has not heard you.
Where does the pack go?
Not into ordinary rubbish. Ask whether the agent actually runs a take-back or replacement scheme in Hong Kong. A sentence in the contract beats a green slogan. Life of the pack: battery care.
