Segway Ninebot E300P MK2 and M5 200 Hong Kong Price

On 18 October 2026 the Hong Kong dealer listed the E300P MK2 from HK$56,980 and the M5 200 from HK$48,980. This site is not Segway-Ninebot. Customs and PRP can still change the figure.

This page records a Segway-Ninebot Hong Kong dealer promotion dated 18 October 2026. emotoasia.com is not the dealer, does not take orders, and does not quote a price of its own. The dealer says the price still depends on Customs and the PRP, and that terms can change without notice.

What is the E300P MK2 and M5 200 Hong Kong price in this offer?

On 18 October 2026 the Hong Kong dealer listed the Segway-Ninebot E300P MK2 from HK$56,980 and the M5 200 from HK$48,980. Both figures are starting prices, not a guaranteed invoice.

Dealer wording on 18 October 2026. “From” means this may not be the only transaction price.
ModelListed priceCutOffer price
E300P MK2HK$64,980HK$8,000From HK$56,980
M5 200HK$54,980HK$6,000From HK$48,980

This sheet does not repeat the older “up to HK$16,000” petrol-to-electric trade-in. That ceiling, and its conflicting end dates, stay on the Chinese note 九號油轉電一換一. Do not add HK$16,000 on top of today’s cut.

Does the advertised range match the factory specification?

  • E300P MK2: 135 km/h, 29 kW peak, three removable batteries as standard, and tyre-pressure monitoring. Those points line up with earlier specification notes.
  • Range is written as “up to 180 km”. The China product page still says 125 km. 180 km is the dealer’s maximum, not the same test.
  • M5 200: 110 km/h, 16 kW peak, up to 195 km, tyre-pressure monitoring, and a dual-channel dash cam. Same figures as the dealer’s earlier post.
  • “Hong Kong’s most popular performance electric motorcycle” is not backed by a published registration count, so it is not repeated here.

What does the 2-year or 20,000 km cover actually include?

The promotion names the battery, motor, and controller, for two years or 20,000 km, whichever comes first. It does not say the whole motorcycle, tyres, or consumables. Earlier dealer posts listed the first-year licence fee, about HK$1,414, as extra. This post does not. Ask before you pay. Insurance is separate: 保險.

Is first registration tax waived until 31 March 2028?

For electric motorcycles, yes, that matches the Transport Department. On 25 February 2026 the Government said first registration tax for electric commercial vehicles, electric motor cycles, and electric motor tricycles stays fully waived until 31 March 2028. The concession that ended on 31 March 2026 was for electric private cars, including the private-car one-for-one scheme. It was not for motorcycles. The waiver does not include the licence fee or insurance, and it does not mean Customs will adopt the poster price as the taxable value.
