Passengers, cargo and delivery on an electric motorcycle
A pillion depends on the approved seat and on your licence. Do not assume a private motorcycle can take paid work.

The word electric does not change the vehicle class. A private motorcycle, a commercial vehicle and a hire vehicle are different approvals and different insurance.
Can it carry one passenger?
The bike needs an approved seat and pegs, the registration has to allow a passenger, and the licence has to allow it. A probationary licence usually cannot carry a passenger. Read the registration document. A pillion in a brochure photo is not approval.
Are boxes and cargo limited?
A factory top box within the stated load is not the same as a homemade crate that sticks out. Anything that blocks a lamp, exceeds the load or changes the bike can be illegal and can void insurance. See modifications.
Can a private electric motorcycle do delivery work?
Do not assume yes. Paid deliveries can change the permitted use, the insurance and the platform's rules. Do not take orders on a third-party policy that only covers private use until someone has confirmed it in writing. One uninsured crash costs more than a delivery fee.
