Which Hong Kong electric motorcycle fits a commute?
Choose by trip length, where you can charge, how heavy the bike is, and the budget. Every sticker below has a date. Registration follows that frame number.

Start with the trip and the socket, then the bike. A short ride home to a fixed plug, and a weekend trail, land on different machines. Prices are in the price note.
What matters for a daily ride to work?
Distance, a plug at home or in a fixed bay, whether you must carry the pack upstairs, and whether your feet reach the ground. The October 2026 Horwin SK3 Plus post lists HK$39,980, 100 km/h, two removable packs and about 150 km WMTC. The 18 October 2026 Segway M5 200 sheet starts at HK$48,980, with about 195 km claimed and about 110 km/h. Treat both range lines as brochure figures. See range.
What should a new rider sit on first?
An automatic motorcycle licence points you to a bike with the throttle and brakes on the bars. Weight decides whether you can turn the bike around. Factory weight for the Light Bee 2 is 68 kg. The Ultra Bee video note says 89 kg. The Horwin post says about 100 kg. The EasyCool E-XDV page says 140 kg. Sit on the bike before you commit to carrying a pack. See removable packs.
Which sheet lists the higher top speed?
The E300P MK2 sheet of 18 October 2026 starts at HK$56,980, with 135 km/h, about 5.69 seconds to 100 km/h and 29 kW on three packs. The NIU NX Hyper page lists 135 km/h, 5.81 seconds and 29,000W, and also says pre-orders are paused.
How do the Light Bee 2 and Ultra Bee differ?
Moto-One on 6 October 2026 listed the Light Bee at HK$35,000, the Light Bee 2 at HK$45,000 and the Ultra Bee at HK$57,800. The Light Bee 2 is the middle bike: more power and electronics than the Light Bee, still at the factory’s 68 kg. The Ultra Bee video note is here. Ask whether that frame can be registered, and whether your licence matches it.
